What types of events do you service?

Any and all events that you need entertainment for littles! BBQs, weddings, birthday parties, mom get togethers, family reunions, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events, charity events, you name it!

i dont have a lot of space. what are my options?

Our play areas area able to change shape and accommodate a variety of spaces for the relative package size. Moving furniture around, using a garage, a deck, level back or front yard are all great options.

You can also try to find a low-cost venue. Since we are bringing the FUN, it opens up some possibilities for locations. Grange halls, community centers, apartment community rooms, churches, parks, hotel conference rooms are all possibilities. If you are having a hard time finding a venue location, please feel free to reach out and we can try to help.

HOW early should i book?

Its never too early to book, but we recommend 3 months in advance. Especially if using a City of Vancouver Park as a venue location. Please fill out the availability request form to get started!

where do you deliver and is there a delivery charge?

Our prices include delivery and pick up to any location in SW Washington State within 20 miles of Vancouver, Washington. Farther than that is subject to additional delivery charges.

How Does delivery work?

We arrive about an hour prior to your rental start time to set up. We just ask that you have the area cleared and a path to the set up area ready prior to our arrival. If there are any obstructions like stairs or limited parking please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

How is the equipment cleaned and how often?

All of our equipment is cleaned and disinfected with a non-toxic cleaning solution in between each use. We also do a wipe down right before we open the play area, so be rest assured your bear cubs will be in a clean environment.

can you set up outside?

Yes! We have a tent we can set up with our play area if there is rain in the forecast. However, we do not have a heating option so if its a cold day, its best to bring the fun inside.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a $100 non refundable deposit that goes towards the total cost of your rental. The remainder is due day of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer cancellations/ reschedules up to 24hours prior to the event start time. We understand sickness or other things happen and want to work with you. Any deposits will go towards the rescheduled event.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Venmo. If you would like submit a payment in another form please reach out.
